Good questions

Frequently Asked

A few of the things people most often ask. Anything not answered here? Just drop me a line.

What types of commissions do you take on?+

Wedding venues, new homes, landmark portraits, pet portraits and multi-element storytelling pieces. Both single subjects and layered compositions are welcome.

How long does a commission take?+

Typically 3–8 weeks from brief sign-off, depending on complexity and the studio queue. Rush requests are considered when possible.

How do you ship orders?+

UK orders ship tracked, usually within 3 working days. Prints are sent flat or rolled depending on size, in protective rigid packaging.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — international shipping is available for prints and cards via Etsy and on request through the website. Customs charges may apply at the destination.

What paper and print quality do you use?+

Fine art prints are giclée printed in the UK on Hahnemühle archival paper using pigment-based inks for longevity and colour accuracy. Cards are printed on heavyweight uncoated stock.

Do prints come framed?+

Prints are sold unframed by default to keep shipping safe and affordable. I can recommend framers in SW London for in-person fittings.

Can I license an existing illustration?+

Yes — editorial, commercial and publishing licences are available. Visit the Licensing page or get in touch with your intended usage.

Do you offer Christmas cards?+

Yes, the Christmas range is available during the festive season (October to January). Outside that window, please get in touch for advance orders or stockist requests.
